Hot Processing Division: owns 1 set of 15t electric arc furnace, 2 sets of 5t electric arc furnaces, and 1 set of 30t LF refining furnace. It can provide 130t ordinary molten steel and 60t refined molten steel at one time. The net weight of a single casting can reach 75t. 1 set of VD/VOD VC vacuum refining furnace, can be vacuum blowing oxygen decarburization chromium preservation, heating, argon stirring, vacuum degassing, slagging, alloying and other operations, provide 30t vacuum degassing molten steel and 30t stainless molten steel, suitable for stainless steel, industrial pure iron, precision alloy, superalloy and alloy structural steel smelting. Especially the smelting of ultra-low carbon stainless steel and alloy steel.
